Privacy
Short version: I collect what I need to tattoo you or send you a print, I text you only about the things you asked about, and I don’t sell anything to anyone.
When you join my waitlist or send a booking request, I collect your name, mobile number, email address, the city you’re in, and whatever you tell me about the piece you want — including any reference photos you upload. If you buy something, my payment processor handles your card; I never see or store card details.
To reply to you, to plan your tattoo, to let you know when my books open, and to post you a print if you order one. I ask which city you’re in so I know where there’s enough interest to travel for a pop-up.
If you give me your mobile number when joining the waitlist, you’re agreeing that I can text you. You’ll get a confirmation straight away, and occasional messages when booking reopens or new artwork goes up. Reply STOP to any message and I’ll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
I do not share or sell mobile numbers, or anything else you give me, to anyone for their own marketing. Your number is used by me, for the things above, and nothing else.
I run a small studio, so I use a few services to actually do the work — sending texts, taking payments, storing bookings and hosting this site. They only handle your details so they can do that job for me, and they aren’t allowed to use them for anything of their own.
As long as you’re a client or on my waitlist. Ask me to remove you and I will.
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts. Ask me to take you off the waitlist and you’re off it. No explanation needed.
I don’t tattoo under-18s and I don’t knowingly collect their details.
